Who is Paws of Zen?

Paws of Zen (Paws Of Zen LLC) runs puppy yoga and puppy pilates classes in Greensboro, NC — currently at 1724 Holbrook St near the Greensboro Coliseum — and pop-up sessions across the Triad. Paws of Zen was created as something different from a typical workout: relaxed, beginner-friendly pop-up sessions where you move, slow down and laugh while socialized puppies wander the room. Each class combines a guided yoga or pilates flow with mindfulness and “puppy therapy” time for cuddles and photos.

The puppies come from a local partner, Happytail Puppies in Oak Ridge, and are at least 8 weeks old, monitored throughout each session and given rest areas and water at all times. Sessions run in Greensboro and pop up in nearby Triad cities, and the team also hosts private events — at its own puppy-safe space or at your home or office — for birthdays, bachelorette parties, special occasions and corporate wellness.

How to book a class or private event

• Public classes: pick a city, date and time on pawsofzen.com and book online. Spots are limited.
• Private events: share your date, group size, city and whether you want to host at the studio or have the puppies come to you.
• Arrive about 15 minutes early, wear comfortable clothes and expect playful interruptions — mats are provided.
• Read the cancellation policy before booking: cancellations are non-refundable and reschedules need 72 hours’ notice, but spots can be transferred to a friend.
